10-01-2022 19:30 – LONDON DATA CENTRE POWER OUTAGE

Our datacenter partner has informed us of a complete power loss in our London location, VPS in London location are currently unavailable. We are working with them to resolve this issue and restore VPS access as soon as possible, please check back for updates later.

14-03-2018 9.00am UTC – NEW YORK NETWORK UPGRADE

Start Time: 2018-03-14 09:00:00 UTC End Time: 2018-03-14 11:00:00 UTC

The New York network will be upgraded to provide network enhancements. A device reload may be necessary and some customers may experience brief periods of latency or packet loss while network updates are performed.

01/11/2019 02.00-06:00 UTC – LONDON NETWORK UPGRADE

Start Time: 2019-11-01 02:00:00 UTC End Time: 2019-11-01 06:00:00 UTC

The London network will be upgraded to provide network enhancements as part of ongoing efforts to provide excellent service and maintain an ideal hosting environment.

IMPORTANT: A device reload may be necessary and some customers may experience brief periods of latency or packet loss

Please ensure you have an alternative method of managing trades and MT4 available if necessary (keep a backup platform complete with your EAs available on you local computer) although we will aim to keep disruption to an absolute minimum, unfortunately due to other maintenance commitments we are unable to avoid completing this maintenance over the weekend outside of all FX market hours

13-05-2017 10:00am – Some hardware configuration changes required a reboot of some nodes outside of fx market hours, affected customers have been notified. Please ensure you login and verify your hosting platforms as soon as possible though we do not anticipate any problems. You can open support ticket if you have issues or questions.
