Can I retrieve Files Once My VPS Is Cancelled?

No. Please make sure you remove everything before the date we have notified you for termination. If you are not renewing for another month this would be your next renewal date. Once you server is deactivated we can no longer retrieve ANY OF THE DATA which was held on it.
