Once you are connected, you install the software the very same way you
would on your home PC.

We also provide a filemanager to upload files to your VPS drive.

Under "System Processes" you can kill some "terminal.exe" processes to free memory.

Even the most basic of our packages should be enough to run 2 instances of metatrader, but remember the longer the platform is running the more memory it consumes. It is good practice to restart your metatrader platform every so often. Just close it down and re-open to caryy on where you left off.

You must make sure that you only have 1 open connection to your vps via console mode (single user/connection only) to prevent multiple copies of your trading platform being opened and trades duplicating or other unexpected trading behaviour. (Known as Ghost Trades). Make sure your IP in connection settings is suffixed with either the -console or /Admin switch depending on your windows version.

Your card details are held securely by Paypal in order to process your monthly/yearly subscription payment. We do not hold any payment/card details on our servers. If you wish to update your payment card or modify/cancel your subscription you must login to Paypal.

If you wish to create a new paypal account first before signing up with us you can do so by creating a paypal account here, and then logging in as part of the checkout process when you submit your order via our website. The card details you have already registered (or any current paypal balance you have) can then be used to pay for your order.

When you connect to your vps using Remote Desktop Connection make sure you enable the local hard disks you want to use under the 'resources' section. Then when you connect to your vps, open my computer as normal and you will see your local hard disk and are able to copy and paste files or run .exe files etc. We would recommend to copy exe files to your vps before running. (Or use the web browser via your vps to download straight from the web to your vps)

If you are not entirely happy with your server you may cancel your package within the first 14 days for a full and immediate refund of any hosting fees paid. Please submit a support ticket requesting refund under our guarantee and we will ensure your account is dealt with within 24 hours.

All our subscriptions are handled by Paypal. If you do not wish to renew please submit a support ticket and we will ensure your subscription is cancelled at the next renewal date. No. Please make sure you remove everything before the date we have notified you for termination. If you are not renewing for another month this would be your next renewal date. Once you server is deactivated we can no longer retrieve ANY OF THE DATA which was held on it. 

You use Remote Desktop client which is installed on Windows XP/Vista PCs by default and can be downloaded from microsoft.com website. Do a search on Google.com for more info on it.

Orders are usually setup within 24 hours of payment. If you have not received your VPS login details by email here is what you should do.

3. If you account has been processed and activated you should see a message here with your vps server login details.

You can check the status of your order by clicking 'MY ACCOUNT' then 'View my Orders'.

Remote Desktop is part of the default windows install you can find it from start menu -> all programs -> accessories -> Remote Desktop Connection.

If you cannot see it, consult the instructions by visiting link above in order to enable for your version of windows.

When you purchase one of our VPS server hosting platforms we will install your brokers MT4/MT5 platform for you so you can get started trading straight away. During the checkout process you will be asked which broker you use in order for us to install the correct MT4 or MT5 package.

If you use another trading platform and it is freely available we may be able to install this for you, please contact us if you need to clarify things first.

We process our subscriptions via the Paypal system. This allows us to setup a monthly recurring subscription with you and payment will be taken every month from your sign up date until you cancel your subscription with us.

You do not have to have an existing paypal account in order to setup a subscription, this will be created for you when you pay for services via our website.

At present this is our preferred method of payment however for UK residents only we may be able to take payment via bank transfer if you contact us.

However fast your VPS package, remote desktop connection experience/performance can be dependant on your internet connection. So make sure you have any bandwidth hungry applications disabled/switched off on your local pc whilst you are connected to your VPS.

Windows Remote Desktop Connection normally works well if you are connecting to a remote computer via a cable modem or DSL, but for slower internet connections can appear slow or stuttering, however you can use the settings on RDC connect screen to improve your connection and optimise for your internet speed.

Access the Remote Desktop Connection tool. Click the "Options" button to access advanced options. Click "Open" if you wish to modify an existing session name.

Click the "Experience" tab. Now, underneath "Choose your connection speed to optimize performance", click the pull-down to choose the speed with which you are able to connect to the Internet. Here's a tip: If you don't mind colors that are a little off or don't care to see the remote desktop's backdrop, choose a connection speed that is slower than your actual connection. 

Optionally, you can uncheck the boxes to disable the following: the remote desktop background, window contents while dragging, menu and window animation, themes, and the desktop background. Personally, I would turn all of these options off unless I had a really fast and stable network connection.

When you are done with your settings, click the "General" tab. Click "Save As" to re-save your session with the new settings, or just go ahead and access a computer remotely by clicking the "Options" menu to hide the advanced settings, then enter the computer name and click "Connect".

Our primary business is hosting and priority in support willl be given to customers with hosting problems / queries however we are also able to undertake any installation work if you provide us with the neccessary files. You may submit a suppor ticket with your request, if you have changed the access details for your server we will need to be supplied with the server password in order to install any software.

The most likely reason for your VPS to keep crashing is too many open trading platforms. The more meta trader instances you have open the more memory is consumed. As your VPS uses its available memory it becomes slow, and if your VPS runs out of available memory it will stop working and you will have to reboot via the vps powerpanel. You can find guidance on the limit of meta trader instances in the product description for each server.

Treat your VPS with respect, your trading server should only be used to run your trading environment not run other executable files or programs which may interfere with your experience.
